Introduction
The intellectual property information service center of Shandong Agricultural University was officially established on June 15,2021, affiliated to the library.
The center is characterized by cultivating agricultural talents, promoting the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and helping rural revitalization, and creating an agricultural intellectual property service brand for serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers in Shandong province. The core work of the Center is diversified, focusing on intellectual property information services, supporting university collaborative innovation and advantageous discipline construction, providing full-cycle support for the creation, application, management and protection of intellectual property rights in university and localities, and carrying out intellectual property information public services for university and localities, actively promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in university and localities. The center provides welfare services for all teachers and students of Shandong Agriculture University, innovation and entrepreneurship subjects in Shandong Province and the public. The service includes intellectual property basic knowledge consultation, intellectual property resource retrieval method consultation, intellectual property business consultation.
1.Basic knowledge consultation
Provide patent, copyright, new plant varieties, geographical indications, trademarks and other basic knowledge consulting, intellectual property related laws and regulations consulting.
2.Resource retrieval method consultation
Provide retrieval methods for patents, copyrights, new plant varieties, geographical indications, trademarks, etc., as how to use patent databases, techniques for resource retrieval, etc.
3.Business consultation
Provide consultation on the process as patent, new plant variety right and software copyright application, contract signing of achievement transfer and transformation.
